Agyei Tuffour Bandoh - CEO Secretary & Acting HR

Mr. Tuffour Agyei Bandoh is the Secretary to the CEO and the Acting Human Resource Officer of Asutifi Rural Bank PLC. He is a graduate of the University of Education, Winneba, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education. Currently, he is furthering his studies with an MSc in Industrial Finance and Investment at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

Mr. Bandoh joined the Bank in 2024 as a Deposit Mobilization Supervisor. Due to his commitment and leadership potential, he was transferred to the Head Office, where he was appointed as the Secretary to the CEO and Acting Human Resource Officer. He now continues to serve as the CEO’s Secretary and the Bank’s Acting Human Resource Officer, playing a key role in strategic HR initiatives and executive coordination.
