His career began in 2018 at Ahafo Ano Premier Rural Bank Plc, where he gained extensive experience across multiple roles, including Teller, Back Officer, Susu Coordinator, Reconciliation Officer, Second Officer in Charge, and Relieving Manager, demonstrating versatility and a commitment to excellence at every level.

In June 2024, he joined Asutifi Rural Bank Plc as Branch Manager of the Mim Branch, bringing with him a proven track record of operational leadership, team development, and service excellence.
