   1. The proposed change of the Bank’s name from Asutifi Rural Bank PLC to ASUTIFI COMMUNITY BANK PLC, and
   2. The New Capital Requirement for Community Banks.
7. To authorise the Directors to fix the Auditors’ fees.
8. To elect Directors.
9. To transact Any Other Business (AOB).

NOTES TO SHAREHOLDERS

1. A shareholder is entitled to attend and vote at the meeting (using poll voting) or to appoint a Proxy to attend and vote on his/her behalf. A proxy need not be a member of the bank. Copies of the Proxy Forms may be obtained from the bank’s offices/branches.
2. Your participation is important. If you are unable to attend in person, please consider appointing a proxy to represent you. Proxy forms may be obtained from the Bank’s website or from the Secretariat.
3. Completed Proxy forms must be lodged with the Board Secretary at the head office or branches not later than five (5) days prior to the meeting date. Shareholders may also contact the bank’s branches at Acherensua, Kenyasi, Mim, Nkaseim, Kasapin, and Asumura for copies of the 2024/2025 Accounts or to request assistance in relation to this notice.
4. Please RSVP by 25th May, 2026 to inform us whether you will be attending.
